Package definitions and boundaries
  • One "original post" means one approved original content concept with its agreed primary creative and caption. Cross-posting the same concept to several channels does not create additional original posts. A multi-image carousel counts as one post within an image limit agreed in your contract.
  • Standard short promotional videos are 15–30 seconds, edited from approved client-provided assets or agreed AI-assisted illustrative content. New filming, elaborate animation, extended edits, specialist voiceovers and advanced production are quoted separately.
  • One consolidated revision round per deliverable is included. Additional rounds, major changes after approval and urgent turnaround are agreed separately.
  • "Campaign focus" means one agreed theme or promotion within the monthly content allocation, not an unlimited standalone advertising campaign.
  • Paid ad spend and ad-account management are not included unless separately quoted.
  • Filming, photography visits, travel, actors, licensed assets and other external production costs are separate unless explicitly included.
  • The ONE Media's own editorial features, advertising placements and The ONE TV subscriptions are separate unless explicitly agreed in writing.
  • Scheduling needs authorised access and supported platforms. We cannot promise access to every social platform or guaranteed publishing.
  • You provide factual information, asset permissions and approvals. No sales, enquiries, leads or rankings are guaranteed.
  • Prices are proposed service fees. VAT status and minimum term are confirmed before any agreement starts. These packages are enquiry-only: there is no online checkout.

Packages are enquiry-only. They are separate from The ONE Media's advertising packages, The ONE TV subscriptions and The ONE Visit.
