What is a hosted experience?
Hosted Experiences are flexible social events created around the people attending.
It could be a birthday dinner for 20 people, a work get-together, a Sunday lunch, a quiz night, a celebration of life, a business breakfast or simply a group of people wanting to meet new faces.

If they need somewhere, The ONE can help identify suitable restaurant, bar or hospitality partners.
For group dining, the venue provides a group price based on the number of guests and the food required. Drinks can normally be purchased separately unless a specific drinks package is requested.

For some events, The ONE may pre-book approximately 20 to 30 guests. The venue provides its group food price and The ONE builds the experience around it.
The venue can also benefit from additional drinks and other purchases during the event.
More than hiring a DJ
The ONE Hosted Experiences should not be positioned as simply “hire a DJ”. It is much broader than that.
People + Venue + Atmosphere + Entertainment
The ONE helps create the occasion. Music is part of the experience, but it can also include video, graphics, quizzes, singalongs, games, conversation and food.
The service should feel suitable for everything from a relaxed business breakfast to a birthday dinner or lively music night.
