WHAT A PROMOTIONAL FEATURE INCLUDES

A promotional feature is one coordinated promotional opportunity created from suitable business content.

We may adapt that feature for:

  • The ONE Weekly.
  • Relevant The ONE Visual Guides.
  • Suitable The ONE Media social media channels.

The same core promotional material may be adapted into different formats. A promotional feature does not mean a separate bespoke campaign for every social platform.

The ONE Media manages editorial selection, design, scheduling and publishing. Publication dates depend on suitable content being supplied and availability within the publishing calendar.

No specific number of views, enquiries, followers or sales is guaranteed.

We prepare professional promotional visuals and copy using your supplied material.

We coordinate publication through suitable ONE Media channels according to your membership.

MEMBERSHIP DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Welcome and onboarding

Within the first few working days, you receive instructions for submitting your business information and photographs.

First promotional feature

Target preparation and publication within five working days after receiving complete, suitable content, subject to the publishing schedule. The first published promotional feature counts towards the membership's annual feature allowance.

Interactive digital publication

Normally prepared during the second month of membership, subject to receiving suitable content.

Ongoing promotion

£79 members receive approximately one feature every two months. £119 members receive approximately one feature every month. Annual feature allowances apply only during continued active membership.

Features are delivered throughout the membership period, not all in advance. The delivery timetable is a target rather than an unconditional guarantee.

INTERACTIVE DIGITAL PUBLICATION

Both memberships include:

  • One interactive digital publication.
  • Up to six professionally designed pages.
  • Professional copywriting and layout using supplied material.
  • Hosting of the interactive publication during active membership.
  • Up to four minor updates per 12 months of active membership.
  • A shareable publication link.

We use professional, reusable sector-specific design templates, personalised with your supplied branding, images and information.

Minor updates may include

  • Replacing existing photographs.
  • Updating text.
  • Changing an offer.
  • Updating contact details.
  • Making small amendments within the existing layout.

Additional publications, complete redesigns, substantial new content and extra artwork are not included. These may be quoted separately. A new six-page publication is not supplied every month.

When membership ends, ongoing hosting and updates may end in accordance with the membership agreement. You may retain a PDF copy of the completed publication.

THE ONE DIRECTORY: YOU'RE IN CONTROL

Both memberships include access to The ONE Directory. You create and manage your own directory listing. The ONE Media does not create individual directory accounts or complete registrations on behalf of members.

You are responsible for:

  • Creating your directory account.
  • Entering your business details.
  • Uploading your logo and images.
  • Maintaining and updating your listing.

Directory listings remain subject to the directory's existing approval and listing policies.

CREATE YOUR FREE BUSINESS LISTING

WHAT TO SEND US

You supply your own suitable business content, which may include:

  • Business name and contact information.
  • Logo.
  • Photographs.
  • Product and service descriptions.
  • Offers and promotions.
  • Event details.
  • Relevant website and social media links.

Please submit material at least 10 working days before a preferred promotion date. Preferred publication dates may be requested but are not guaranteed.

If incomplete or unsuitable material is submitted, The ONE Media may request replacements or additional information, and publication may be delayed until suitable content is received. Membership payments continue according to the agreed subscription terms.

Unused promotional allowances are handled according to the membership agreement and do not automatically extend beyond the membership period.
